A round, hollow (PURI), fried crisp & filled with a mixture of flavoured water (PANI), tamarind chutney, chilli, Chaat masala, onion & black chickpeas and boiled potatoes.

King prawns dipped in chef’s own created marinade of coriander, curry leaf, green chillies and lemon juice all roasted in the clay oven.
- Kesari lamb chops
Succelent lamb chops marinated and cooked in tandoor with the hint of saffron.
- Achari chicken
Chicken marinated in pickle spices and yogurt, chargrilled in the tandoor.
- Paneer stuffed tandoori mushrooms
Homemade minced cottage cheese marinated in a special blend of spices, with chilli and ginger grilled in a tandoor.
- Aloo tikki
Authentic deep fried potato cake, lightly spiced, topped with yogurt, chickpeas, mint and tamarind sauce, garnished with pomegranate.

Classic tender lamb curry very popular in Punjab, cooked slowly in a traditional Punjabi home style with fresh ingredients and spices.
